Senior Assertive Community Treatment Program (SrACT):
 

The Senior Assertive Community Treatment Program is designed to provide comprehensive, intensive, and individualized treatment for persons living with serious and persistent mental illnesses.  We can help with the management of mental health symptoms and other psychiatric needs.

We understand mental illness and how difficult it can be to live with.  By assisting with doctors appointments, housing problems, medical management and other needs, we make every effort to assist consumers in remaining independent and in charge of their lives.
