

The Senior Services Home Repair Program is funded by a Community Development Block Grant in partnership with the City of Kalamazoo. It has been sponsored by Senior Services, Inc. and funded annually by grant funds ever since 1976. Our most vital resource are the volunteer "Tuesday Toolmen". These dedicated volunteers help to make our program what it is today. The staff in this program include our Home Repair Program Director, Jo "Annie" Morgan, BA, Certified Aging in Place Specialist and licensed builder. Annie is the 2006 Associate of the Year from the Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo and the 2005 National Association of Home Builders CAPS Designee. Services ProvidedQualifying older adult home owners may be eligible for our services. During an intake process, information is gathered from our clients which assists us in determining the types of repairs needed and the resources that may be available.
